First time here and I really had a great experience. I booked the appointment online same day very easy, I had options for what therapist I wanted to book. I booked the signature massage with add on magnesium neck and CBD oil. It was absolutely relaxing. Patrick did a very good job working on my stiff neck. They had a cute tea bar
Reyna FMy husband and I have been visiting this spa for many years when we’re in Napa. Today we had excellent massages from Jennel and Christian! A very pleasant and relaxing place. Great massages, easy booking, friendly staff.
Renee PHad a great massage with Sam! I love that they offer a 45-minute option—perfect when you want a great massage without committing to a full hour or more. The space is super cute, cozy, and welcoming, and an added bonus for me is that it’s walkable from my house. I’ll definitely be back!
Allison PThis is the best place in Napa to get a massage or facial. I’ve been coming for 4 years and it’s the seriously best. (I’ve tried other places in town too that don’t compare) The atmosphere is professional, relaxing, and all of the therapists do an amazing job. Today I came in and had I accidentally scheduled my appointment for tomorrow, but they still squeezed me in today, which was SO nice of them. I was fully prepared to have to come back tomorrow but they accommodated me right away. I can’t recommend April and the whole team enough 🩷
Molly CJames was an excellent massage therapist! I was looking for a great massage in Napa and specifically wanted a male massage therapist, and James was fantastic. He was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. The massage was relaxing while still addressing the areas that were bothering me, and I left feeling refreshed.
If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist in Napa Valley, I would definitely recommend James and Napa Valley Massage & Wellness Spa. I’ll absolutely be booking with James again!

Kate WWhen we walked in we were greeted - welcoming smile, easy scheduling and pricing upfront. Good menu to choose from - prices were mid/high But service was excellent. Place was clean, welcoming, cozy, calming and smelled good. Privacy was respected in and out of the room. At the end of service no high pressure selling and it was easy to tie up payment. Loved the place, staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from the time I walked in until we left. I also loved the tea!
